Was told the coupon for $40 off service over $400 (my bill was $975) on my Focus would automatically be applied. Got the bill - IT WASN'T! And Levin refused to honor it! I will NEVER be using FORD for ANYTHING again!

Bill, my tech was great! He kept me informed on the progress of my repair and the ordered part that we had to wait for. Park Ford’s repair was completed earlier than expected which was a plus. But I only gave the dealership 4 stars as their invoicing is confusing and we never got a written estimate on the order/repair to begin with. So next time I know to ask for it and not expect it to be in the paperwork.

I’ve been coming there for about 2 years now. I’ve seen a lot of turnover with staff. Hopefully this new crew, which were very kind & helpful, will continue to invest themselves as this company as the company invests in them. It’s important to have support both ways. Good Job Hyundai!

I have three Fords. Staff there is professional, courteous and fair. The facility is very clean! Waiting room is comfy- I like being there and watching the techs work on my car, and checking out the new cars in the showroom.

They pulled my credit when I didn’t agree and when I brought up the issue to the manager and Garret who ran me through the process ignored my question about my credit and kept sending me emails and texts from multiple numbers asking me to bring a down payment .

It took hours before I my car was serviced. The service was poor. I watched other clients complaining. The problem I told them about was not addressed and they had to take it back to the mechanic to see what was the issue. I spent 4 1/2 hours for a tire rotation. And left with my issue pending for another time. I had to leave.

I had valet service (I was offered when I made my appointment and accepted) to have my 2025 Ford Maverick evaluated for a steering issue when I changed lanes. Levin contacted me relative to further details. When I provided the details, Levin indicated that he check out the vehicle via road test. Upon road test, Levin found no performance issues; however, he thought that perhaps I was either not using my turn signal when I changed lanes or delaying use of the turn signal when I changed lanes. I made an appointment with Parks Ford here in Gainesville Fl for February 18 to take care of a recall. My A Pillar moldings needed replacing. I was told they were on backorder. Well it's now May 6th and they still don't have them in. Since my initial visit in February,I've called the service department at least6 or 7 times and was told the same thing. Well, Parks Ford still has my car unfixed for an entire year, and I'm constantly being lied to. Every time I talk to Levin he tells me some excuse on when my car will be ready or it's a new problem. My warranty company has already paid Ford for repairs that have never happened. I'm sure that other things are wrong with my car by now because of how long it's been sitting on your lot. The wait time was longer than quoted (1.5hrs vs. 1 hr). The appointment I made was for a new car maintenance and oil change. When I arrived the appointment was not made for a new car (tried to charge me). My car had dirt running down the sides after the complimentary car wash. There was a foul odor in the car after it was returned to me (like a fart).

Levin was very helpful and professional throughout the service process. He kept me well informed about the service my vehicle was having and was able to set me up with loaner for the day per my request. He is a great employee in my opinion.

I brought my car in. They said the battery was bad. I told them it was the 5th battery new alternator. Engine runs very smooth. They returned it and said it was a bad battery. I picked up the car and it would hard idle without stalling. They did something to it. Then they told me they were going to replace the alternator, wiring harness, coil packs and spark plugs. I sat there all day with a toddler just to find out that they didn't have the part even though I confirmed on the phone that the part was there before I arrived

The mechanic seemed to be a little less than average. Levin was on point. He was perfect and knew exactly what needed to be done to the car. It was a very good experience.

truck was picked up for an oil change at 8:30am and I didn't get it back until around 5pm. That would be fine, the problem is I tried to reach out to get an ETA multiple times and never got a return call or text until the truck was done around 2pm, and then still didn't make it back to me for 3 more hours. The lack of response pissed me off

Service in the beginning showed some interest in gaining info on my visit but ultimately advised that parts were not available and had to reschedule which meant driving another trip requiring 50 miles. Cat converter replacement took over five hours even with an early schedule time of 7Am. I cancelled some repairs that was told was necessary .e, sensors but engine did not a Indicate issues as described in the Hyundai Owners Manual. We bought at closing so we’re unable to see at that time , our salesmen is no longer there and the GSM couldn’t care less about helping or returning our phone calls . See above. Deceptive practices. I was also told the $300 would go towards my bill but when my windshield wiper motor was diagnosed, they said it would be $386 more to have them replace that part. It took me about 45 minutes and $45 to do it myself.
