Everything went well with my service and new tires. All went well no my recent trip .
I had a very frustrating experience with Parks Hyundai. I was told that my request had been sent to corporate, but despite asking multiple times, I was never provided with any proof that it was actually submitted. Later, I was simply told that I had been denied for service, with no documentation or explanation to support that claim. The lack of transparency and communication made me feel like I wasn’t being treated honestly. I expected better customer service and accountability. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this dealership.
Cody and his team provided excellent service in making sure my F150 had all green lights before driving to Texas. The Works package has great value; not only is it priced right (much less than all places in town for all the services included), you are getting this done at the dealership where just about any problem found can be fixed same day by a Ford expert! It also warmed my heart to see Cody again, who I first met 7yrs ago when he started here as a teenager, now he’s a supervisor! #GetTheWorks

Brought my EV in for service and the advisor lied about the services I requested and these services were performed poorly. After returning to the dealership, I was met the smug reply of "I've worked here for three years and this is what Ford recommends". Eventually the service manager got involved and the issue was fixed and refunded. This sort of behavior is why people don't trust dealerships.
No pressure from start to finish From sales to finance the process was like buying a vehicle from your friends.
Broke parts,left car with hand prints on headliner, car ran worse than when I brought it to the dealership. Wanted to charge ASTRONOMICAL amount of money for what they claimed was wrong and I fixed by myself in about 10 minutes for free.
They were very kind and professional. Complimentary car wash was a nice surprise. The waiting room was clean and pleasant. Highly recommen Parks Hyunadi.

You can tell a good deal about a business just by seeing how smoothly things are running as you walk in the door. Since my vehicle is a 2014 model I've dealt with the service department exclusively. I count on them to know how to deal with ANY issue I have. This work van has only 20K miles and I will NOT be replacing it. I am retired, but still need the van to hold all of my tools and supplies necessary for maintaining our homestead in the woods of NW Gainesville. Told the person I scheduled with that I would be waiting on my car because I live so far and leaving it was not an option. I needed an oil change and 3rd row glass recall done. I was informed when I arrived that I was scheduled as a drop off and it would be an all day wait. I postponed the recall and was told it would be 3 hrs for oil change because people ahead of me were scheduled as waiters so I would not be handled as priority.

Had asked to check passenger tire when dropping off the car for oil change and recalls. They hadn't communicated it between each other and have to bring the car back for the tire. Would've thought it was part of standard inspection, regardless.
I was previously told I had one more complementary maintenance and that it was recorded in my file due to a number of issues I've had in the past. That was a lie. Instead of being able to learn this before dropping my car off, the service staff were unable to confirm anything as they could not work their computers. Bill is fabulous. He makes the whole 'stressful experience' of bring your vehicle in, into a pleasant one. That, is very hard to do.
I was told what recall was going to be done on my car. Turns out it was the engine. I replaced the engine June 2024 with a brand new certified Kia/Hyundai engine. So everything that was done was done in vain and my car doesn't drive as well as it did when I took it in for the recall. I spoke with the manager who said that the work done wouldn't cause an issue with my 2024 engine. I'm not convinced.
Cody Curtis was very polite, professional and, very knowledgeable. The dealership is clean and everyone is very kind and willing to help.
3 times getting recall service done. Discovered that they installed seat ON TOP of my phone cord. Also delivered vehicle to me with disabled safety equipment. Talked me into letting them have vehicle to fix it but the loaner they offered had very limited miles. I live in the country. I work full time. I need my vehicle not some loaner with barely enough miles to just go to work. Don't go to Parks. I have given them 4 chances to make it right. Ford Corporate and. NHTSA is necessary to fix their blunder.

Poor communication all around, no transparency at all regarding the situation with my vehicle. My vehicle was held for 2 weeks, and 3 grand later the concern is still present.

Seems like they're finding things wrong that don't exist. We just put new tires on and they were showing a problem with 2 of them. Went back to tire store and they said tires checked out fine
Cody took very good care of us. Explained what the issu was and had an uber ordered before hand for a rental if we were to leave that day. Very proactive! Everything went smoothly Thank you Cody and the mechanics that did the work.
I never once had to call about updates. Cody always called. Parks picked the vehicle up for service, left a loaner, dropped it back off when completed.

Friendly, happy, positive There was fun music playing outside and the man who greeted me was very attentive. The second man who helped me at the front desk was kind also. The third guy who checked me out was very nice too. All of the people are very good at customer service.
I was disappointed by the lack of communication. The repair process took longer than expected but with better communication I would not have been thinking the worst. I reached out to the service department manager to address the issue and never got a call back. I feel I may have been overcharged as well. Not a great experience at all.

Greedy and inconsistent. Initially promise 'I'll do my best' with warranty work but later nickel and dime everything until I refuse work and take my warranty work elsewhere, then they price match warranty company hours right there on the spot. And in the end... after working on my car for over a month, I pick up my car and there are new scuffs, scratches and large paint chips on front and rear bumpers.

I was told my previously detailed vehicle was ready, then it wasnt, then I needed a rental, then was told my vehicle was ready. In the end the technician returned my vehicle with grease on the door, sand in the floorboard, a greasy shop tool directly on my back seat, the air bag didn't work, the restraint system didn't work, and a cable under the seat was caught up in the adjustment track. A 1.5 hour job turned into a 7 hour nightmare. My truck went back and forth several times before I could safely drive away.

They let us know what to expect over the phone before we come. When we get there we exchange the car for the Uber and then we take the Uber back when the vehicle is ready. It's a great system and it works well

Customer service is terrible. They have had my car over a month and don’t update me regularly. They cannot figure out what’s wrong with my car and it takes them days for every test. I still don’t have my car back.

Sales department seems fine but service department is awful. Made an appointment for noon to have photos made of damage to my car. Arrived on time, waited for an hour only to find out that they hadn't even taken my car back. Was late to work due to having to wait an additional 30 minutes. Then had to come back the next day because they did not remove (wash off) the paint marker they used on my car to circle the damaged areas and I couldn't get the marker to wash off. I was initially quoted a different price for my brakes over the phone, but upon arriving at Hyundai, I was given a significantly higher price. After declining the service due to the price discrepancy, one employee asked why I chose not to move forward, while another repeatedly insisted that I needed to have the service done, which made the experience uncomfortable and felt overly pushy.
