Kyle handled an awkward situation very professionally. I was quite upset when told I would have to pay $56. for the engine filter. When I bought my car from you ( instead of the Ocala dealer), I was told by the salesman and sales manager that if I bought ALL of the extended warranties, the only thing I would ever have to pay (for 100,000 miles) would be gas and tires. Obviously this was not the truth. It was a shame that Kyle was caught in the middle of this dishonest mess

Took longer than told due to a service error, had to pay for rental out of pocket. Told it would be reimbursed and covered for the extra days but it was not. Poor communication and service. Should not have had to pay for a rental out of pocket when vehicle under warranty.

Designed your vehicle so only you can service it. Then made me an appointment 8:00 am Monday. Supposed to be done same day. Very little communication. Picked up my vehicle at 4:30 on Friday. Not happy at all
When I called to make the appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and replacement film on front driver side window a date and time was set. However, when I arrived at the dealership I was informed the window tint is only done on Tuesday and Thursday. Now I have to make any 50 mile round trip to have it done.
Cody was very professional and courteous. He communicated well and kept me informed about my service. It took a little longer than I was expecting but there was a significant amount of work that needed to be done. Thankfully I had a good service plan that included a rental car to cover the time my truck was in the shop. Will be coming to Parks Ford for all my service needs in the future.

No updates given during a long service. No loaner provided. Messages was sent to pick the car after repair but incomplete. I have to come all the way to test the car to say it's incomplete or stop into to some side effect. 50 days to fix one simple issue. When I got it back and drove it the problem was fixed and while I picked it up he explained to me what they did and he was right about what he thought it might be as for me I was thinking of something else so I got educated.

Took an entire day to replace a tire. I had to call multiple times to check in on progress. I had to call/pay for my own Uber home. Was told my service advisor would call me back and I waited over an hour for no call back.
