I had a positive experience during my first visit to the service department here. However, I learned that the individual in the service department I worked with has since left this dealership. Its a shame. I took my vehicle in recently because the car was completely shutting off while driving. After not hearing from this place for multiple days, I called back and they said they couldn't find anything wrong with my vehicle, but recommended additional maintenance, which I did. After I took the vehicle home, it shut off in the middle of the highway again. I took the vehicle somewhere else and they were able to identify a bad alternator almost immediately. Please be careful if you decide to use this place. I almost got into a collision due to their ineptitude.

The system is a great idea. Being about to schedule the pick up, pay online, have the work completed and the car delivered is wonder. I love the video recordings. Just need to workout the pickup kinks, I shouldn't have receive snd confirm my appointment multiple times, once is good enough. If the persons vehicle isn't there don't like them book that service again.

Made my first appointment on line for 7:00 am. Bill was there at 6:50 with a smile. Everyone I saw said good morning. Happy workers are a good sign.
