No updates given during a long service. No loaner provided. Messages was sent to pick the car after repair but incomplete. I have to come all the way to test the car to say it's incomplete or stop into to some side effect. 50 days to fix one simple issue. No escalation possible as she doesn't refer to the manager or anyone up. She feels as if she paid from her pocket to o fix my car issue. No respect to people who goes all the way to check the status as she won’t update by text or mail or over a call.
