Quick, friendly and knowledgeable. He was patient and explained things to me. He showed me what my old spark plugs looked like.

Took longer than told due to a service error, had to pay for rental out of pocket. Told it would be reimbursed and covered for the extra days but it was not. Poor communication and service. Should not have had to pay for a rental out of pocket when vehicle under warranty.

Designed your vehicle so only you can service it. Then made me an appointment 8:00 am Monday. Supposed to be done same day. Very little communication. Picked up my vehicle at 4:30 on Friday. Not happy at all
