When dropping off my truck, I spoke to the service advisor for a specific issue the transmission. I asked him not to report the engine or deal with the engine engine. Focus on the transmission. Without any follow up or call he submitted for the engine repair. This was very frustrating as I specifically asked for this not to happen and instead of any phone calls for clarification it was just submitted as I had instructed explicitly not to be.

Had my vehicle for a week and a half never fixed it tried to pick it up and they lost the key. Finally found the key picked it up. My truck still wasn't fixed. Had to take it somewhere else to get it fixed.
