The descriptive word here is disappointment, or it may be greed. I took my 2026 Ranger Raptor into service to have a Ford Procal tune installed. A little over an hour after dropping it off Spencer called to get a password from me so they could start the install. He informed me at that time that the procedure was made for the consumer to install but that they would do it. A little over an hour later he called to tell me it was ready. When I picked it up I was handed a bill for $397.00. What's the deal? Almost $400 to install a program that I could have done myself and that everything I read about it said the install should take 45-50 minutes, and most of that time is spent waiting for the computers to talk to each other. If I was Ford I would not only be ashamed but also embarrassed. American greed at its finest. As an aside, I had Ford install the program rather that doing it myself because the info that was on the purchasing website said it needed to be installed by Ford in order to not void the 30,000 mile warranty.

Service is great and service advisors are very helpful. Spenser did his absolute best to accommodate all my requests and questions. Pricing is a little high in my opinion, a $6k clutch and flywheel job is mind boggling. If you have the option check around other shops for quotes but for the price the team here does do a good job.
